I came across my son's old wind up crib mobile and decided to put the mics on it. The song plays 9 times, then runs out of spring tension on the 10th pass.
A sound effect i made for my game circlerc. It's been a while since i made this sound, but iirc it was made by slapping a calculator against a pencil case full of stationery in front of a blue snowball microphone. Credit is appreciated but not required.
An old laptop making weird sounds. It freeze, typing on the keyboard, than crashes and reboots. The fan was broken at that point. Recorded with an iphone 5c.
The sound of concrete and glass breaking inside of a steel dumpster can be heard. Gear: zoom h6, xyh-6 x/y capsule (120 degree stereo image), rycote windjammer. Please feel free to leave feedback and ratings. I would love to hear how you put the sound to work.
Old experiments using a simple 8 bit vst controlled by a midi keyboard. Recorded in real time by messing around with my effects rack in my daw, changing effect orders on the fly, disabling and enabling things etc. Very fun stuff :d.

A broken fridge at a place i work sometimes. Starts off sounding normal enough but then slowly starts going crazy, i'm no refrigeration expert but i'm pretty sure there's something wrong here. Made me jump when it makes that first noise :p.
Some close up sounds of opening and closing plastic easter eggs. Definitely has some interesting noises worth sampling! let me know what you end up using it for in the comments :).
The "godzilla" sound and theme from my automated coin bank. Godzilla reaches out with his paw/claw to pull the coin from the bank tray into the replica sea of japan. Near the end of each interval sound the mechanics of the bank's automated wheel gearing is heard. . .
It's a light spinning top that you have to magnet to its launcher. It must then be rotated around the base of the launcher before ejecting it. When it spin, it lights up. Recorded with olympus ls-p4 onboard microphones.
Inspired by a strange japanese number station i heard around 2012. I generated white noise, recorded an old toy, and found some public domain static and put it all together in this extremely eerie piece. It gets even creepier if you lower the pitch.
Ever wandered through a spanish street market? the sound will be familiar to — very possibly all too familiar! this recording was made so close to the offending mechanical toy, that it has even picked up the noises of the mechanism itself. There is a small amount of background noise. Seemingly unnecessary period of silence included is the exact cause before the next outburst of squeaking. Set repeat function on your sound editor recording.
My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. At the very end, the blades knick the wall a couple times before it falls to the floor and stops. Attribution is not necessary, but if you use it, i'd love to hear what you did with it. Recorded with: sanken cs-1e, fostex fr2le.
This is not a perfect loop!it was sampled by me inserting a jack over and over into a casio sk-5. I did the beats by ear, while listening to a metronome set to 100 bpm. It is extremely close though. You don't have to site me if you use this sample in your work, i don't care.
A kalimba\toy piano like sound obtained by stucking a piece of metallic string between the actual guitar strings (at the bridge), so having that typical short sustain; i've recorded using a di box and a samson co2 next to the guitar strings. Inspired by a youtube video by dan phelps.
Simple recording of a toy horn. I believe that i recorded it with tascam dr-05. I don't remember exactly, if i'm right, that was long time ago. No additional editing or processing.
